Peter Fenton

Peter Fenton - Chief Executive Officer Detwiler Fenton Group

Peter Fenton is currently CEO of Detwiler Fenton Group Mr. Fenton began his career at the predecessor firm, Fechtor Detwiler in 1991. He has held a number of different roles before assuming the CEO role for Detwiler Fenton & Co. in 2006. Prior to his current position Mr. Fenton partnered with the founder Robert Detwiler in the Private Client Business from 1991 thru 1997 when he then became Managing Director of Investment Banking. During his time in banking Mr. Fenton provided advisory services and capital for emerging growth companies. From 2001 through 2015 he was CEO and Managing Director of Capital Markets for Detwiler Fenton & Co. During his tenure, he was instrumental in developing the research business and helped grow it to be the largest department of Detwiler Fenton Group.

Mr. Fenton today is concentrating most of his efforts in the development of the investment banking group where he is part of the overall team. Mr. Fenton is leveraging Detwiler Fenton's deep industry knowledge and relationships to create value-add resources and capabilities for its investment banking clients.

Patrick Daly

Patrick Daly - Managing Director

Mr. Daly is a Managing Director in Detwiler Fenton & Co.'s Investment Banking Group where he focuses on financial advisory and capital raising activities across a spectrum of industries. Prior to Detwiler Fenton & Co., Mr. Daly was a Managing Director at Monarch Bay Securities, LLC. Before that, Mr. Daly was a Managing Director at Alouette Capital, Inc. a Boston‐based investment banking firm. Prior moving back to Boston after years in New York, Mr. Daly was a Managing Director in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, Inc., in New York having previously worked in New York at other global firms including Lehman Brothers, Inc., Kidder Peabody & Co., Inc., Merrill Lynch & Co. and Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. where he focused on strategic advisory and capital raising for the energy and renewable energy, financial services, aerospace & defense, global security, and technology industries, globally.

Mr. Daly has advised numerous clients over his career in transactions that include merger & acquisition, restructuring, valuation, capital raising, privatization and structured finance assignments for strategic industry participants and sovereign entities in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Sovereign financial advisory assignments included industry valuation, deregulation, design of industry structure, and the development of regulatory and market regimes. Capital raising initiatives include debt and equity on both a corporate and structured finance basis.

Mr. Daly has dual citizenship in both the United States & European Union.

Mr. Daly graduated with a B.A. (cum laude) from Harvard University and holds an M.B.A. degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

David Walters

David Walters - Managing Director

David A. Walters is a Managing Director in Detwiler Fenton & Co.'s Investment Banking Group. Prior to that, he co-founded Monarch Bay Securities, LLC, a FINRA member broker dealer, in 2006. From 2002-2006, Mr. Walters was a principal with Monarch Bay Capital Group, LLC, a firm that provided advisory services and capital for emerging growth companies. From 1992 through 2000 he was Executive Vice President of Managing Director in charge of Capital Markets for Roth Capital (formerly CruttendenRoth) where he was instrumental in building the company’s revenues from $7 million to $65 million. As an equity partner, he managed the capital markets group and was lead manager on over 100 public offerings, and was responsible for the syndication, distribution and after-market trading of the public offerings. He managed the public offerings for CruttendenRoth, which was the most prolific public underwriter in the U.S. for deals whose post-offering market cap was less than $100 million. Mr. Walters sat on the Roth's Board of Directors from 1994 through 2000. Prior to CruttendenRoth, he was Vice President for both Drexel Burnham Lambert and Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette in Los Angeles, and he ran a private equity investment fund. Mr. Walters maintains an extensive network of specialists in research, syndication of transactions, trading and market-making for small capitalization companies. Mr. Walters earned a B.S. in Bioengineering from the University of California, San Diego.

Barbara Russell

Barbara Russell - Managing Director

With over 25 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets, focused on technology-enabled companies, as well as media/entertainment and business services companies, Ms. Russell has raised capital, provided M&A and other advisory services for a large number of companies.

Ms. Russell is a Managing Director of Detwiler Fenton & Co., a Boston-based broker-dealer, with her focus on raising capital as well as providing advice to early, mid-stage and pre-IPO technology and entertainment companies.

Ms. Russell also serves as a judge and/or mentor to: New York Business Plan Competition; TechStars; Harvard iLab; The Women's iLab section of Mass Challenge; MIT Pitchbook Challenge; and MIT Portugal Pitch Challenge.

Ms. Russell served as MD/ Group Head of the Media, Entertainment, and New Media Investment Banking Group at CIBC Oppenheimer, and before that, was a senior media and entertainment securities analyst with Prudential Securities (VP/Group Head of Media and Entertainment Research) and Kidder Peabody (Cable TV/Filmed Entertainment Analyst). Ms. Russell is a member of Think Sheets, Inc., Zero Odor, Inc., and Bold Cap Ventures (a women-led equity fund that she helped form in 1999 with Kay Koplovitz, Founder of USA Networks and Springboard). She is also an advisor to Lou Kerner and a co-founder of his "Social Internet Fund."

In academia, Ms. Russell is a guest lecturer at MIT Sloan School of Management.

Ms. Russell holds an M.B.A. in finance from the Sloan School of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a B.A. in Economics from Boston University.

Michael Fantasia

Michael Fantasia - Managing Director

Mr. Fantasia is a Managing Director in Detwiler Fenton & Co.'s Investment Banking Group where he focuses on financial advisory and capital raising activities across industries. Prior to Detwiler Fenton & Co., Mr. Fantasia was a Managing Director at Fantasia Development, a personal real estate investment.

Previously, Mr. Fantasia was an analyst at Tinicum Capital Partners, a private investment firm making investments in debt and equity securities in sectors including TMT, healthcare, building, alternative energy, and industrials. Before that, he was a member of Goldman Sachs's investment banking team, where he focused on M&A and capital raising for healthcare clients.

Mr. Fantasia has closed more than $9 Billion of transactions during his career, spanning mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, debt and equity capital raises, privatizations, and structured finance assignments.

Mr. Fantasia graduated with an A.B. magna cum laude from Harvard University.
